Prior to starting this company, I worked in senior roles of organizations leading various initiatives with responsibilities of budgets ranging from $3M to $64M. Those roles included leading, developing, and implementing many facets of human resources strategies while working directly with leadership teams in defining and transitioning the organization’s culture. I am a strategic thinker with exceptional visionary skills combined with a propensity for absorbing complex situations and identifying solutions.
